dream recall

so i woke up in a state of panic. sort of.

i dreamt about this girl and i...was trying to find a creative way to catch her attention. so i made a video of me, along with somewhat random people, kneeling on one knee, in public...begging to give me a chance to prove myself to her. it was a silent film like video only its not in black in white but....sepia, with a bit of color. she replied with a video of her, again, silent film style, walking up the stairs, signaling a peck on the cheek on an invisible guy, which i interpreted to mean, "sure, lets find out". then kept on walking up until she disappeared on the turn. then i made a reply video, me going up on the same set of stairs, making it look i was following her, wearing a horrible all white suit (holy crap! WTF). the dream was really like a...humorous...romantic silent film video. then i knocked on her door, she allowed me to enter. then we started...playing around in her bedroom. this lasted for quite some time. it ended with us beneath the bed sheets with our heads peeking out, smiling. then shift to a scene where she was carrying a baby on the patio and me coming out of the door to change shifts with her in taking care of the infant (ive never had this kind of dream before, thus the panic). when i woke up, i thought, "what a nice dream". then after ive replayed it in full, i was like, "no, no, no, no, no, no,....you cant do this to me. no, no, no." like robin scherbatsky to ted mosby. there's a part in the dream where my cousin told me that i better be sure if im going to take the big leap.

im not sure if there was a background music during the dream but now that im trying to recall it, the song that's in my head, which looked appropriate for the videos, is Nine in the Afternoon by Panic! at the Disco
